60-day Risk Free
We offer a 30-day risk free trial starting from the date your order is delivered. If you're not flawless, we'll give you your money back.
Email us at support@calmicomfort.com with your order number and reason for return if you're not happy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@calmicomfort.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
